What to bring

To make the most of your experience, we recommend bringing the following:

Swimwear: Suitable for your sauna session and refreshing dip.

Towel(s): One for drying off after your dip and another to sit on in the sauna if needed.

Water Bottle: Staying hydrated is essential before, during, and after your sauna session

Flip-flops or Water Shoes: For comfort and safety around the sauna and water areas.

Robe or Warm Layers: To stay cozy after your session, especially if the weather is cool.

Hair Tie: If you have long hair, this can keep it out of the way during your session.
